Maria Vera was 6 years previous when she left Mexico together with her household, the place her father ran a tortilla manufacturing unit in Mexico Metropolis. In 1954, her Spanish-speaking dad and mom settled within the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles La Gloria Mealsthe place Vera remembers the machines that ran within the early hours of the morning when she slept within the again room.
