British police have charged a 37-year-old man after merchandise had been injected with syringes in numerous London supermarkets.
The Metropolitan Police mentioned Leoaai Elghareeb will seem in courtroom on Friday for contaminating or disrupting items.
Elghareeb was arrested after a person entered three supermarkets within the West London borough of Hammersmith on Wednesday and “injected an unknown substance into a variety of meals and non-food merchandise,” police mentioned.
