Los Angeles (CBSLA) – After calling out video games for six a long time, the Los Angeles Dodgers introduced Tuesday that the group’s iconic Corridor of Fame radio station, Jaime Jarrín, is retiring after the following season.

The Dodgers stated 85-year-old Jarrin will retire after the 2022 season, making it his sixty fourth. He started calling Video games in Spanish in 1959.

“I’m grateful to the Dodgers, the perfect group in baseball, for giving me the chance to do what I like most for 64 years,” stated Jarrín in a press release by the group. “As a lot as I’ll miss my ‘baseball household’ at Dodger Stadium and throughout the nation, I stay up for spending extra time with my sons Jorge and Mauricio and my grandchildren and nurturing my love of journey.”
Jarrin was inducted into the Main League Baseball Corridor of Fame in 1998 and the Dodgers Rig of Honor in 2018. He additionally has a star on the Hollywood Stroll of Fame.
