October 30, 1934 – September 11, 2021 JOSEPH C FREMONT, MD, born October 30, 1934 in Brussels, Belgium, died peacefully at house in San Diego, California on Saturday, September 11, 2021, after a protracted battle with the Parkinson’s illness. A compassionate and passionate doctor with Kaiser Medical Group for 35 years, he led their efforts in San Diego within the mid-Nineteen Eighties to grasp and deal with HIV and AIDS sufferers – males, ladies and youngsters – humanely.
