04/02/1951 – 05/18/2021 John Stephen McAllen was born on April 2nd, 1951 to Eva and O. John McAllen. He grew up in Monterey Park along with his sister Theresa. He attended Mark Keppel Excessive College, the place he was an impressive athlete.
