Legendary chef Alice Waters is about to open a restaurant in Los Angeles. The challenge will likely be Waters’ first new restaurant in 50 years after the opening of the pioneering Berkeley restaurant, Chez Panisse.
Whereas Waters’ new restaurant does not have a reputation but, Eater has confirmed that it’ll find yourself within the Hammer Museum, a part of UCLA’s sprawling campus within the Westwood neighborhood. Waters won’t be alone on the opening both. Chef and longtime meals author David Tanis will be a part of the workforce, together with Jesse McBride (an operations supervisor who beforehand labored at eateries like Chateau Marmont and the Normal Resort Group) and Oliver Monday who will function the restaurant’s essential collector.
